Using IRAC as SA or?
When writing a memo, or any similar task as a SA, do you use IRAC or what other method should we use?

what about when you don't have a case, or don't have a lot of facts? but you are supposed to research the state of the law? any best format on that thanks for the advice.

different partners have different tastes. for example, one partner told me: "never cite any law. in fact, if you do cite something, be sure to format it poorly. if you're too consistent, the examiner gets intimidated."
