Cook County State's Attorney's Office Forum

This is probably a long shot, but has anyone applied for an assistant state's attorney position at the Cook County office? Specifically I would like to know if anyone has received an offer. We were told that offers would be mailed by the end of April and I was curious if anyone has heard anything.

I have not received an offer or rejection. A first year ASA in the office told me she did not get her offer until May last year. Hope that helps.

I applied at went through the interview process, and I was told that offers would be made in early May. The website, however, says the end of April. So who knows when it will be? I have been checking my mail everyday.
