back out of firm job to do PI work after 2L
has anyone accepted an offer after a summer with a firm, only to renege on it after getting their dream public interest job (presumably happens after the window for firm acceptance)?

yes as in accepting an offer with a firm after your 2L summer, and then either in the fall or winter of 3L getting an offer to do PI

I had two friends do this. One for State and one for FTC. Neither firm minded.
