Was reading an Errol Morris interview and it intrigued me http://errolmorris.com/content/intervie ... g0306.html

Dude's had an interesting life. If the whole legal employment thing doesn't work out, how hard do you think this stuff is to break into?

I have a friend who wants to do this. but i'm pretty sure it rarely works out by just deciding to do detective work (a la bored to death).

i mean, law firms do end up doing a lot of detective work, though (tracking tax dodgers and the like)... see: --LinkRemoved--
