If you had a summer v100 job and received an offer. If you are top 7-8% after 2L at MVPB?
What firms typically hire 3Ls?
I know I will get flamed, but I'm bored and curious.

A friend of mine (outside of T14) got 3 V10 offers in NYC (and turned down a Skadden interview) during the fall of his 3L year. And that was w/o a 2L SA position. This is clearly an exception, but seems to indicate that there's at least a chance. PM me if you want the specific firms.

Just curious, you've already accepted the V100?

Forum search, breh. There's a 3L results thread, but I'm too lazy to find it. It's pretty sparse, however.

Any chance of hearing what sort of thing he did his 2L summer or what kind of practice groups he was looking at in the V10s + Skadden? Or if he had any other plus factors (PhD, URM, legacy)?Wart wrote:A friend of mine (outside of T14) got 3 V10 offers in NYC (and turned down a Skadden interview) during the fall of his 3L year.
