I'm still hunting for 1L summer work. I've bid on interviews with a few places in an upcoming PI mini-OCI. One position is part-time at the city attorney's office in my hometown. I feel like I have a shot because it's not the type of place people would seek out to do legal work in (80,000 people in town) and because of my ties. That said, if I were to get an offer, do I have to do something else, or is part-time over the summer enough with something like that? I might be able to sniff out some clerk work at a small (10-attorney-ish) firm in town, but I'm not sure.
