Can anyone that summered at DPW last summer inform on when your start date was? I haven't been contacted yet and need to make some plans, it would be great if I could ballpark when the start date is (May 14th or 21 are the likely suspects, your info might help )

I am not sure about DPW, but I know some firms of similar ranking/size give multiple start date options.

They're extremely flexible but had 3 fixed start dates last year - your choice of the 17th, 24th, or June 1st IIRC. They contacted us with that info in early feb, again IIRC. Don't hesitate to reach out to recruiting if you need info, they're super nice and helpful.

Last year it was 17th, 24th, and 1st, this year it's almost certainly 14th, 21st and 29th.

thanks for the info! some of my friends are working at firms where the end date is the same regardless of whether you start later- (so like, if you choose a later start date, you work fewer weeks.) Is DPW like that?

thanks for the info! some of my friends are working at firms where the end date is the same regardless of whether you start later- (so like, if you choose a later start date, you work fewer weeks.) Is DPW like that?

Edit: Actually, I don't know - might have mixed up DPW with another firm.

No remotely intelligent DPW associate or paralegal would post on TLS from work. If the IP turns out to be a DPW IP, then we can assume that it was posted by someone authorized to post here, in which case it would probably by the recruiter.
