I had a callback 48hrs ago. I usually send thank you emails the same day, but for various reasons I did not get around to it. I am worried that if I send them at this point, I may come across as lazy.
Is it too late?

I'd say more than 72 hours including weekends would be too long, so you're fine. That is just me going by what I feel, though; I have no source to back that up.

eh. i think it has been too long. i was in a similar predicament when i was doing CBs and ended up not sending them. maybe just follow up with the recruiter.
