Callback reimbursements

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Oct 23, 2011 7:20 pm

How long does it take for most firms to send reimbursement checks? It's been around a month since I sent them out. Is it frowned upon to call up the recruiting coordinator and be like "wtf? I want my money!"

I don't see a problem with calling and asking politely if they received your form if it has been over a month since you mailed it, especially if you took a job somewhere else.

This is just my personal experience/experience of a few friends, but it seems like reimbursements for places people got offers from came a lot quicker than from places that dinged.

Reimbursements seemed to range anywhere from a week to a month after submission.

Shoot them an email. It won't hurt and will expedite the process.
