WilmerHale for white collar AND securities

key word is AND

W&C is the best DC firm for white collar but I don't know much about their securities practice.

For white collar criminal, I doubt anyone could challenge Williams & Connolly. For securities, what do you mean? Securities litigation is a vastly different field than securities regulation (think compliance) or securities issuance (think structured finance/M&A).

Securities litigation doesn't happen in DC, and it's a very different practice than white collar work. The best white collar firms are in DC, and securities lit is in New York. And if you want a firm that does both, you need to be in NYC.
