Land Use Lawyers

Post by Anonymous User » Fri Oct 14, 2011 7:23 pm

I know they typically work on obtaining permits and approvals for development projects, but what exactly does this entail?

Also, in a down economy (i.e., one in which there isn't much RE development work to go around), how do land use lawyers make use of their time?

Thanks!
