Ways to reiterate interest in a firm
I want to let a firm know, by e-mail, that I'm very interested in getting a CB from them. How do I frame it?

<Recruiter>,
I have not yet heard from <firm> about my <candidacy/application>, and I would like to express my continued interest in <firm/practice/office>. I have not committed to another firm at this time, and while <I have X days to make a decision/I will have to decide on a firm soon/hiring season is winding down>, I am still very interested in <firm>. I hope to hear from you soon.
Thank you <for your attention/time/blank>,

Go outside their office with a poster saying, "I am the 1%"

That doesn't seem like a good idea to me. I would send a thank you email to your screener, telling them how much you enjoyed speaking with them and how interested you are in the firm. I also don't recommend cc'ing your screener, at this stage you should only be sending targeted emails.
