Chicago firms still hiring? Forum

Anyone know if any Chicago firms are still looking to fill their class? I have some options in other markets, but I really want to be in Chicago and nothing came out of it via OCI. Worth targeting firms or just pick from what I have and try for Chicago next year?

Note: T10, good grades, secondary journal.

My experience led me to believe Chi firms weren't hiring at all this year.

I interviewed in Chicago at the beginning of last week. Received an offer two days later, which I accepted. My understanding is that a number of firms are still interviewing and hiring.

when did you send the mass mail? also, is this one of the bigger firms in the city?

when did you send the mass mail? also, is this one of the bigger firms in the city?

Sent the mass mail out in late July. Randomly heard back from the firm in September. Yes, it was one of the big firms in Chicago. As I said earlier, I know that a number of firms in Chicago are still interviewing. Can't hurt to try.
