how to describe Latham's culture
I hear from everyone they have a distinctive culture. Had my CB, etc. but still don't know what it is. I can only say from my impression of people I know who got offers, that it attracts people who are quiet enough, laid-back appearing, very smart, but very smug, self-satisfied, sort of a-holes.

Fuck. I'm neither fratty nor douchey, but I do like to swear, and I am a little terrible. Guess it's not for me after all.Anonymous User wrote:in before jokes about the layoffs.
