Had a cb, thought it went decent. Been a couple of weeks, and I haven't heard. I sent an e-mail to a partner that I spoke with prior to the cb, and let him know of my continued interest in the firm, etc. He never responded.
Thoughts?

Partner is busy. Means nothing. Best of luck getting the offer.

Re: Does this mean a ding?
My thought was that I had talked with this partner prior to the cb, and they interviewed me--I figured if anyone was who I should express my continued interest to, it should be the individual who I talked with prior to the cb. Maybe I should shoot an email to the recruiting manager as well.Anonymous User wrote:Email recruiting for status.

Partners busy and probably has not thought about you, or any interview candidate since they handed in their Yes, No, Maybe forms.
Give it another week, then call recruiting and just ask. If you are in that place where they are waiting to see if some people turn them down, its not going to hurt you.
