I have ties & family in both Chicago & NYC, so I am indifferent between the cities. Leaning Corporate, w/ possibility of Bankruptcy or Tax.
Cleary > Kirkland: in-house exit options, tax, capital markets, derivatives, fin reg, global work, performance during recession
Kirkland > Cleary: bankruptcy, private equity, better quality housing, compensation/bonuses
Thoughts?
