Take the offer, go back to OCI (or mass mail) as a 3L and interview with places that do have corporate practices. Would highly recommend finding an externship this spring or fall that would allow you corporate work, so you could explain why you have this preference at interviews. Situation sucks, but in the end the $$$ is all that matters.Anonymous User wrote:i want to do corporate, but I ended up only getting an offer from a boutique firm that does litigation only and pays market rate.
