So i had a callback that I thought went really really well. But, after the last interviewe the interviewer took me to the elevator and sent me of on my way. I only met the recruitment coordinator at the very beginning when she introduced me to another woman who showed me to all the different offices. Is this unusual or am I just paranoid?

Different firms have different routines. That structure's not uncommon.
