Left Cravath CB without an offer
Title says it all. Should I mark it as not happening? I know they used to do end of day offers exclusively, but I'm not sure if things have changed.

Things have changed. If they're making you an offer, you will hear back within a week.

I think it depends on the situation. I know corporate still gives end-of-day offers, but litigation might be different. Also, the hiring partner simply may not have had time to meet with your interviewers.
Best of luck!

Cravath is still giving some same-day offers in corporate. However, schools moving up their OCI schedules has compressed the whole hiring season and overloaded the recruiting department. As a result, not all the offers will be same-day offers.

They are giving some same-days in lit, too.
But I would still give it a week.

For reference, I'm in the lower half of the T14.Anonymous User wrote:Interview on Friday. It's now Tuesday night.

A friend who did a CB there said that all of our classmates who did CBs there and got an offer (a sample size of only 5-8 people, mind you) either got them same-day or the next business day. He interviewed on a Friday, and ended up getting the ding on Wednesday or Thursday.
So I hate to say it, but anecdotally, you're probably a ding.
