Does anyone know how many offers Birmingham and Nashville firms give out to their 2L summer associates?

Do they ever offer permanent positions to their 1Ls? If so, what are those rates?

No. You have to come back for a little while as a 2L. Offer rates are lower for 1Ls, but my impression is that 2Ls (especially those invited back after their first summer) usually get offers.duckmoney wrote:Do they ever offer permanent positions to their 1Ls? If so, what are those rates?
