Women's business casual for offer dinner (NYC)
Ladies- what are you wearing to offer dinners for NY firms that specify business casual dress in the invitation? I wore skirt suits for all my interviews, but don't really like them & want to avoid wearing one if possible. Is a suiting dress with a nice cardigan, heels, and pearls appropriate? Thanks!

Suiting dress is fine if it's nice material. A standby for women's business casual would be pencil skirt + nice blouse + heels.
