Have the firms just forgotten about me? Can these be anything other than dings at this point?

Maybe not the top choice, but there arn't that many who are. Wait for them to turn down their offers and you might get one. Personally, I have no problem not being not top choice unless I get an offer eventually

The recruiting coordinator told me 2-3 weeks. It has been 3 weeks plus. Maybe the Hiring Committee met today and will hear of an offer tomorrow
