What more information do you need? Firms are doing callbacks and giving out offers already. Is it too late? Probably. But even the slimmest chance is better than none. It's too late to mass mail Boston. Firms are giving out offers now. Also, yes it's free if you're sending mass emails however, there's an opportunity cost involved. The time you spend emailing firms that are done looking is time you could be doing something more productive. I know CT is a market that hasn't finished yet.
