Landed two clerkship interviews and I just found a typo in my writing sample. I can't believe I missed it. Bah - hope it's not game over.

A typo? In your writing sample? Jesus. Might as well just save the air fare and cancel now.

Any knowledge about the northeast: D.Me., D.N.H., D.Vt., D.Mass., D.R.I., First Circuit (besides Boudin)?

There was a typo in my sample in my paper apps. I received no calls from my paper apps, except for an Aldisert screener which was offered to me less than two hours before they got my paper app via Fed Ex, so I imagine they weren't reading it too closely.

Calls from D. Mass. have been mentioned upstream.

For those who earlier posted re: 11th Circuit, I know that Anderson and Marcus have set up interviews.

Calls went out on Friday. Johnson is only interviewing harvard-type kids.

For 11th Circuit, I believe Judge Kravitch has made calls in addition to the judges already mentioned.

Do bankruptcy and magistrate judges tend to follow the plan, with the 9/6 10AM calls, as closely as the district and COA judges?

Now what's the chance that a heavy-hitter like Sidney Thomas would let the Yale kids slip through his fingers by waiting to make calls?

In a similar vein, does anyone have any idea what is up with Judge Milan Smith on the 9th? It seems like he hires insanely early, but that he might save one spot for on-plan interviewing. Anyone have any insights on his hiring patterns and know where he is at for next year?

This (not the Texas list, the first list) is a weird list - I can't imagine what school would have heard from that set of judges, and only that set. (Then again, probably Michigan.) And yeah, maybe a third of them have been done for a while. It's also starting to worry me that virtually everyone in the world seems to have heard from my favorite interviewer. I've seen him mentioned in this thread four times.

How did you acquire this list from your career center? Was it online or on some simplicity-like site?
