I'd think if you for sure want lit that the salary difference at Boies would more than compensate for anything you are losing in "prestige." That being said, Vault regional rankings has GT #1 in Miami pretty much year in and year out. They have a wide range of practice areas and excel in all of them. Probably 8-10x as many lawyers at GT as well so if you have a big office vs. small office preference, that could play into your decision.
