It's fairly obvious I'm not on a journal. So far none of my interviewers have brought it up, which is very chivalrous of them.
I was finishing up an interview with a notoriously journal-whoring firm, it went great, and at the end the interviewer asks, "so what are you thinking about writing your note. . . [knock, knock, knock] . . . eh, forget about it, I like to keep a tight schedule, good luck." He then quickly shepherds me out the door.
I mean, I briefly considered shouting, "I'm not on a journal!" But that would have been very odd. So, now I have a callback, that guy isn't one of my interviewers, but uhh... what the hell?
Interviewer thought I was on a journal -> CB? Forum

Re: Interviewer thought I was on a journal -> CB?
Doesn't matter. You got the cb and didn't lie. Your cb interviewers are completely different from that guy and from my experience they don't really communicate. The only time this will come up is if your cb interviewers ask why you arent on a journal.
