Not all firms give you a list.

Re: Callback Question
It's probably a good idea to print a list of all their attorneys, as well as a quick set of facts to remember them by, and bring them to your callback (make sure it's alphabetical too). Then you'll be somewhat prepared.

Re: Callback Question
Email the recruiter and ask. Sometimes they forget or only do so upon request. Even if she gets back to you in the morning, if you have a smartphone, you can look them up right before your interview.

Re: Callback Question
OP here...but how can I phrase it -- its possible the hurricane threw things off and I dont want them to find me annoying...Do I say--"Would it be possible to send me a list of the attorneys I will be interviewing with, if it is available?"snailio wrote:kurla88 wrote:Email the recruiter and ask. Re: Callback Question
I can't see why that would be objectionable if politely requested. "Would it be possible to see a list of the attorneys with whom I will be interviewing tomorrow?" or something like that. No need to ask about the hurricane; it may just be that they usually don't do it.

Re: Callback Question
I think that, while it would be nice to have a list, it's usually possible to ask intelligent questions about their practice w/o knowing what that practice is going in. Some sites can be terribly uninformative anyway; I interviewed with a partner last week who wasn't listed in a single practice group.
