What % of callbacks get offers?
Hey guys. Sorry if this info is posted elsewhere. I was just curious, as I'm starting to do callbacks, if there are any general guidelines about what percentage of callbacks get an offer? If it helps to know, I am top 15% at GW. thanks guys! Let me know if you need any other info from me!
