Conflict check for SA position
Does anybody ever get conflicted out of working somewhere for the summer? I've worked in law firms before and I'm worried about accepting an offer but then being denied at the conflicts stage...

Re: Conflict check for SA position
Never heard of someone getting conflicted out of the entire firm as a summer associate. At worst, you just won't be able to work on some specific cases/deals (which I have heard of happening). Best thing to do though is talk to the recruiting people, and ask them to have the client check people do yours early to make sure everything will be fine.
