Boies Interviews
Can anyone comment on whether a Boies screener/callback differs greatly from traditional interviews? Obviously, they are not your standard white-shoe firm, yet are very selective, and in more ways than just school/grades, from what I gather. I have heard their recruiting process is not conventional. Can anyone confirm/comment on this?

Re: Boies Interviews
Screening interview is completely conventional, and indistinguishable from other major law firms.
No idea what the callback interviews are like, but I've not heard that they're especially unconventional.
