If I have interviewed with a firm at a job fair - a full 20min formal interview,
suppose the result is A. no callback, or B. pending, no response yet,
is it meaningful to have an OCI with this firm a couple of weeks later?

I asked my career services office and they said do both. They said it can't hurt.
