T10 transfer competitive for DC?

Post by Anonymous User » Sat Aug 13, 2011 6:05 pm

I am a T2--> T10 transfer student. I think not very many people at my school bid on DC and those who did got more interviews than they planned on. As a result, there are still OCI interviews up for grabs in DC. I did not bid on DC because I thought it would be hard to break into as a transfer, but I wouldn't mind working there. I could pick up about 5-6 V50 DC interviews, but I'm wondering if I will have much of a chance as a T2 transfer with no ties.

I know people will just say take them if they are free interviews, but I already have almost 30 screeners over the course of a week, and these will cut into the precious downtime that I will have to prepare for the next interview, etc.
