Officially withdrew from the rest of my pending NJ firms (Sills, Lowenstein). Accepted NYC offer. I could have been persuaded to go to one of those two firms if either had given me an actual answer, but I just got sick of waiting.

I had a screener w/ Lindabury, and honestly, out of all OCI, it was the best interview I had. I really enjoyed my interviewer and she made it seem like a great place to work. No CB, no rejection yet, but I'm assuming it's a ding at this point. There was one poster who got a snail mail rejection letter w/o a CB, but I'm not sure the timeline on all of this.

And, finally, their website states that they have completed their hiring for this year. So I'm not feeling really great about a Lindabury CB, let alone an offer. I love the area and, so far, the firm.

i had a screener for lindabury about 6 weeks ago, no word either way yet. I think the website says hiring has been completed for summer of 2011.

Still no word on Bressler. CB was over a month ago. I'm beginning to think they discriminate against users of TLS. :(

Haha I just remembered that I sent them a hard copy application (couldn't find a generic recruiting email address) sometime in late July. Its been three months with no response (and I've long since concluded the recruiting process and accepted a position). I look forward to hearing back from the firms from July that never responded. Either way, it should make for a good laugh since its been so long.

Anything? Heard from Bressler that people will be hearing back early this week, they have one offer outstanding, and plan on making 4 offers for NJ and 2 for NY.

you heard this from them? thought they were hiring 8-10...that's a pretty big difference
