Has anyone ever heard of this? A larger firm in my desired market elected to only do a resume collect rather than participate in OCI. After submitting a resume, I was just notified that the firm has identified me as someone they would like to know more about and possibly interview. Instead of a traditional screening interview, I'm supposed to to to my CSO to record a video interview using Async. I get that this is probably a more cost-effective way of screening potential employees, but I wanted to know if anyone has ever heard of/experienced anything like this?
