Re: 2011 GW OCI Thread
Well, now I'm just confused. From the e-mail we just received regarding OCI:
"If the column reads 'preselect' next to the employer, you have been selected for an interview. . . . When scheduling opens, "preselect" will change to 'accept preselect.'"
This would indicate that the results will go up before scheduling opens at 9PM tomorrow, but WHEN that will happen, who knows? Three cheers for 1) hopelessly analyzing things we can't control and 2) clicking refresh a LOT.

Re: 2011 GW OCI Thread
Based on last year's thread, it looks like Symplicity glitched out at midnight and showed everyone their bids for a while until CDO shut it off in the morning... and then it came back in the afternoon. This is all conjecture based on: http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 3&t=126471underwhere759 wrote:does anyone know/remember when they came out last year or how long before the 9pm signup time they usually show up?

They're up.
1 alternate. 1 preselect.
37 bids.
FML.
I mean I knew my grades were bad, but now I'm starting to wonder if I wrote leper on my resume somewhere...
EDIT: Oh yea, the relevant stats I suppose. Below median, no journal, several extra-currics, judicial internship this summer (state court).
Alternate with McKenna Long, preselect Bryan Cave NY.

Stats: 2L, GW Scholar, Law Review, gov. summer internship, a few clubs
Number of bids: 25*
Yes: 16
No: 7
Alternate: 2
*for firms with separate bids for each office I counted each firm as one bid, not each office I applied to

Would also prefer not to give exact numbers, but low double digit preselects + low single digit alternates. TM scholar, sec journal.

Transfer Student: 3 preselects, 1 alternative. Lawls. Curiously, the alternative is a V10 that I applied to because I had an extra bid.
