Property - CALI
Con Law - CALI
Civil Procedure - CALI
Contracts - CALI
Torts - CALI
Legal Research & Writing - CALI
This student probably also had Class Rank: 1/xxx, or damn close to it.
Yes, he was 1 from first semester 1L to the end.

Yeah, you'd get the same mileage out of putting your rank on there. Not a brag, but I had a bunch of these in school and after a while the resume looked stupid with all these fake "awards" so I dropped it and felt class rank was a good proxy. If someone has 6 or whatever, probably the best way to do it is Cali Award (highest grade in class) in Property, Contracts, etc... 6 lines looks ridiculous and a student that bright probably has better things to highlight.
You can condense it to one line by saying like "CALI Award for BlahBlahBlah: Torts, Contracts, etc, etc."

It's worth having there.

I thought CALI was a bit obscure and didnt like the way it looked on my resume (lol), so I just put "Highest Grade, Contracts"

After googling CALI award, I have determined that you guys earned the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction Award. Therefore, I assume you all went to online law schools. Not impressed

Haha the real unimpressive thing is that these guys went to schools that give CALIs.

Good thing no one was claiming that was impressive, then.

Basically only Cornell and GeorgeTTTown. Which makes sense, since the other T14s are confident enough in the reputation the school name alone pulls not to reward first place in individual classes.

For what it's worth, Harvard does the exact same thing but gives it a fancy Harvard name.

Same at NYU. No fancy name but OCS makes it clear to employers that only one student receives an A+ per class.
