UIUC top 5% - rejected from Jones Day and Reed Smith today.

Those were actually two of the interviews I thought went the best. This process makes no sense to me.

I'm assuming I got dinged at Taft given that I've heard of 3 NDLSers get CBs and I haven't. Same with Mika Meyers and Varnum in Grand Rapids.

This is terrifying. Is it basically just LR top-o-the line students getting CBs right now?

It's LRev or bust; the only people I know getting CBs are top 15% w/ Lrev and ties or top1-5% w/ Lrev. The whole thing is fucked.

Doesn't seem like it. I'm not sure what else I can do besides Top 5% + LR.

Is that just for the top firms? I'm guessing not.

Chicago class sizes are not returning to pre-ITE levels any time soon and firms are afraid of a double-dip and are acting with an abundance of caution.

All I have is a lot of silence.

Go to Fordham, BU, BC, GW, whatever. Stay the hell away from IUB, UIUC, Minn, UW. This is terrible.

ah LOLCI is in full swing. I had my two lottery interviews today and it was obvious from the moment I walked in the interviewer didn't give a fuck.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
