Seriously? First, I doubt he cares, second, why do people feel the need to forward shit like this to ATL? It might not have been the most tactful email ever, but I'm certain he didn't intend any harm by it.Anonymous User wrote:Serves him right.

Egh... He's one of the better dudes at the law school. It was a misguided e-mail, but it's already overblown. Time to let it go...

Yeah, I think you have to email Aaron Rester. But if you have gmail you can just filter it into a folder and have it skip your inbox.Anonymous User wrote:Out of curiosity, is there actually a way to unsubscribe from lawannounce?

My rejection from Kirkland NY just came in. It started with:
Dear Xxxxxxxxxx:
We were pleased to have the opportunity to talk with you during on-campus interviews at Brooklyn Law School's Interview Program. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us.

I think it was a poor choice to send it to ATL. If you're upset with it, go talk to him. He's a good guy, creating this drama is unnecessary and petty.Anonymous User wrote:Anonymous User wrote:Seriously? This is actually a pretty common way to refer to summer jobs. I'm not sure if it is older or regional usage, but I've heard it a fair amount.Anonymous User wrote:did anyone else's Cooley ding refer to it as a clerkship? I thought that was weird.

Yeah. I didn't really care because he is a nice guy and I don't think meant anything bad by it. I can understand though how someone sitting on no offers would be pissed at him.I think it was a poor choice to send it to ATL. If you're upset with it, go talk to him.
