Is it safe to assume that if a judge is listed on OSCAR but that his name is grayed out and it says N/A under "Date Modified" that said judge only takes paper applications? After all, one can't even add that judge to one's online applications via OSCAR if the name is grayed out (no link)...
What about judges who haven't updated their OSCAR profiles/positions since 2008 or so? Paper app the safe way to go?

How do we find judges that aren't in OSCAR. Career services the way to go?
