I am not interested in big law..roughly top 35% at a t2 in nyc..interested in trusts and estates. From was CSO tells me, mid law and smaller firms do not run on the OCI calander. How exactly do you go about finding these jobs?
Also, I know for biglaw, rank and journals help out...what do smaller firms look for?
