Top 25% @ WM, any chance at biglaw or 2L SA?
I am about to complete a 1L SA position at a large firm in VA, I am in the top 25% of my class, decent W/E and solid UG degrees. Do I have any shot at a 2L SA in a larger city?

Pretty doubtful. I'd focus on absolutely killing it at your current firm and getting an offer to return next summer. This is easily your best bet at making good money upon graduation.
Even in the boom times, top 25% at W&M would be pretty happy with LeClair Ryan, McGuire Woods, or wherever you're at.
