At WashU: finished in top 25%, wrote on to law review. Any chances at OCI or through mass mailings?

You have a chance. Wash U places about 15-20% into biglaw each year, but law review will certainly help. Certainly spam the hell out of st. louis/chicago firms to help your odds. Good luck.
