I could only imagine what the coder version of the business card scene from American Psycho would be like. Cardboard or recycled paper?

It looks like he's been given a ban over on the "Choosing a LS" forum for his anti Seton Hall/Rutgers trolling.hijodehombre wrote:I'd like to hear more about Pissfeet.Rooney wrote:Looking forward to the next areyouinsane post

Why would he get banned for that? At least he made legitimate points. I've seen people get away with much more malicious trolling.

Inexcusable use of the banhammer. But on a serious note though, can you link to the Seton Hall trolling? I imagine it would be entertaining.

I don't think he would have been banned because he stopped posting after the Admin gave him his final warning.robotclubmember wrote:he was banned now for posts he made a week ago?ndirish2010 wrote:It looks like he's been given a ban over on the "Choosing a LS" forum for his anti Seton Hall/Rutgers trolling.hijodehombre wrote:I'd like to hear more about Pissfeet.Rooney wrote:Looking forward to the next areyouinsane post

There was a point in time where you could speak freely on here. That day is long gone. TLS now sensors anti-law school speech. The mods now see it as their jobs to allow 21 year old college graduates to believe that 200k worth of debt from a T2 school is a great idea. Its kinda sad. When I joined up, you could warn people off (as long you made legit and reasoned points). Not anymore. Kinda sad really.

Regardless, it's a waste of time unless you can lower the number of clueless 21-year-olds to < the number of US law school seats, and that's never gonna happen.

Re: Where do contract / temp attorneys come from?
I think the word has started to get out that the legal market is really bad, as the decline in test takers and applications recently might tend to show. Major news sources like the NYT only picked this up after it had been thoroughly discussed on blogs and forums like TLS for years.flcath wrote:Has this ever worked?reasonable_man wrote:Paraflam wrote:Why would he get banned for that? In short, I think it's safe to say it hasn't been completely in vain.

I met a bunch of undergrads this summer. I make sure to work "DON'T GO TO LAW SCHOOL YOU'RE TOO BEAUTIFUL" into the first few minutes of every conversation.
