Contact a Colorado attorney who specializes in bar disciplinary matters. Any other advice proffered here would be pure conjecture because you haven't (& shouldn't) shared all the facts & circumstances & posters don't know Colorado bar precedents. Hiring an experienced attorney to review your situation should alleviate your fears by putting you on the correct pathway to bar clearance.

Google is your friend:

"Phil Cherner also practices attorney grievance defense. He frequently testifies as an expert in criminal defense and attorney ethics. Request information about expert testimony by Phil Cherner, an award-winning Colorado lawyer."

Generally the more time that has passed since your incidents, the less weight the examiners will put on them (assuming that you have nothing serious in the interim). Since you said alcohol was an issue, putting together a record of substance-abuse counseling will be helpful to your cause.

Bar disciplinary attorneys often advertise in each jurisdiction's bar journal = usually a monthly newspaper put out by either the Colorado State Bar (sent to all members) or by the Denver Bar Association, etc.
