Private restrooms for Partners in their personal offices?
Out of curiosity, is it true that some partners' offices even have their own private restroom? For instance at some of the elite firms like Quinn Emmanuel.

I know many firms where the entire office is a toilet.
Does this count?

I have never seen this. And even if it did exist, I doubt it would be at Quinn. They pride themselves on having no-frills offices (not dumpy, but not particularly nice) to keep expenses down since they don't have deal closings, etc.ComatoseClown wrote:Out of curiosity, is it true that some partners' offices even have their own private restroom? They're just cheap, deal closings or not. I know you're lifting from their 2011 PPP/Revenue article, but being cheap is nothing to pride yourself on.They pride themselves on having no-frills offices (not dumpy, but not particularly nice) to keep expenses down since they don't have deal closings, etc.

To be fair, they do allow you to dress like a slob when you come in to work at their dumpy offices.Stanislaw Carter wrote:They're just cheap, deal closings or not. This might just be me, but I'd like to have my office as far away as possible from the toilet I'll be using on a regular basis. I pity the person who has to sit next to that room of stench.ComatoseClown wrote:Out of curiosity, is it true that some partners' offices even have their own private restroom? Their offices are not dumpy. They're just ironic and hipster.Renzo wrote:To be fair, they do allow you to dress like a slob when you come in to work at their dumpy offices.Stanislaw Carter wrote:They're just cheap, deal closings or not.
