I go to school in LA and I noticed that my school (and others like it) have yet to post their employment statistics for 2010. Meanwhile, schools that are in the same market but higher in the rankings have already posted their 2010 stats. For example, here in LA, UCLA and USC have already posted their stats, but Pepperdine, Loyola & Southwestern have not.
Maybe I am wrong, but it seems like these schools are not releasing their (what I assume are bad) stats from 2010 in order to hide them from prospective students. Are schools allowed to just leave their 2009 stats up without ever disclosing their 2010 stats?

Yes, they are. There are schools that still have 2008 stats up.
