Any insight into paralegal positions with September start?

just sort of throwing this out there in the event that anyone knows about this....i'm trying to look for paralegal jobs that start in september or late august but that are recruiting now. i'm going through the recruitment process at the moment (graduating in may), but most positions seem to be for summer start.

any help appreciated!

BigLaw firms in NYC all start in the summer. If that's indicative of other markets, you're probably out of luck.

Small market here. Biggest paralegal hiring is around april-june (graduation time) but it continues year round. Plenty of paralegals move on to law school/other grad school, so there should be places opening up in september. I would definitely try to interview now, and state upfront that you can't start until september.

FWIW: I interviewed for a paralegal job in mid-May, didn't get it initially, then got a call in July and started working in early August.
