For someone who aspires to join a government agency upon graduation, which will provide the best 1L summer experience?

Honestly, my interests are not deep in any particular area. I'm more interested in getting "field" experience, i.e. what it's like to be a government lawyer (I realize this varies). Also, if one of the two would seem more impressive next summer when I'm trying to land a 2L gig at say, the DOJ...that'd be cool.
