All legally protected rights are civil rights. In this case, emphasis is on free speech, economic freedom, due process, property rights, etc. . .A'nold wrote:Like civil rights?Anonymous User wrote:If you give a shit. If not, we can do something else ITT.

Re: Offer to summer for a Con-Law Firm - taking questions
this is kind of a weird thread because you haven't actually done anything at the firm, so it's hard to think of substantive questions that you could answer. all i could really ask is how you got the offer, but your answers to those questions are gonna be pretty vague, since you want to remain anonymous (
).
then again you probably just want to brag (call it a hunch) so i'll give you some softballs:
how's the pay?
splitting summer or just this?
what sort of work do you anticipate doing at the firm? any big cases? (guess you can't tell us, if they're newsworthy)
on a scale from 9 to 10 how prestigious is this firm?
is impact litigation a career goal for you?

Oh, c'mon dude, we were just joking around. None of us quoting your true identity. If you really want to talk about this why don't you just keep posting anon?
