It reminds me of OCI, except with better employers. For anyone here (or soon to be attending), it pays to linger outside the interview rooms, because no-shows are surprisingly frequent, and the organizers will call out the name of the organization with a sudden vacancy. You may be able to score an on-the-spot interview.

Dammit! I should have thought to try and meet up w/ you for lunch, instead I just sat around grumbling about the line at Third Rail. And I won't be at school tomorrow...OperaSoprano wrote:It reminds me of OCI, except with better employers. Renzo! I am sorry I didn't get to see you. Most of my friends are down there now, but my journal's symposium is today and my mom is visiting, so I crammed everything in yesterday. Your school is lovely, as always. Let's make plans to catch up soon!Renzo wrote:Dammit! To the above poster-- I mainly saw 1Ls and a few 2Ls of my acquaintance. Most of my fellow PI bound classmates have their plans already, but probably the majority who want to go to firms only have something if they got it at OCI.
I'm out now, hence my very sporadic TLS presence, but wishing everyone good luck!

Yeah, we go to the same school but I didn't go to the fair (I'm one of the PI-bound 2Ls who already has secured summer employment); was just curious how the 3Ls are faring. I know a fair bit of jobless 3Ls, but I guess there's not much for 3Ls at the fair anyway.OperaSoprano wrote:Renzo! I am sorry I didn't get to see you.
